The Park Is Mine, is a 1985 madeforTV movie directed by Steven Hilliard Stern, starring Tommy Lee Jones as a Vietnam War veteran. Mitch Jones takes control of Central Park in New York City, in what some would call an act of domestic terrorism and what others might call antiestablishment, to honor those who died and served in the Vietnam War and draw attention to veterans issues. The film is based on the 1981 novel of the same name ISBN 9780385159531 by Stephen Peters.
